zb999's total liability to any User in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that User in the thirty (30) calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits zb999's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
